COMMUNITY GRANTS
Community grants focus on developing people, families, and communities by funding nonprofit organizations that focus on addressing the spiritual development of people, leveling the playing field in education, accessing healthcare, and creating better living conditions for our communities’ most vulnerable. Applications are accepted between April 1 and June 1 of each year.

ELIGIBILITY
Grant funding available for 501c(3) organizations within the United States. Consideration may be given to United States-based organizations with programs across the globe.
Grants are made to organizations that focus on addressing the spiritual development of people, leveling the playing field in education, accessing healthcare, and creating better living conditions for the most vulnerable in our community.
The application and all supporting documents must be combined and submitted in one PDF. Only applications submitted by email to contact@hope-2-others.org will be considered.
Priority is given to organizations in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas and other parts of the United States. Secondary priority given to Canada, Costa Rica, Lebanon, and Mexico.
Grants are not made for the purpose of political campaigns.
The Hope-2-Others Foundation Board gives strong consideration to applicants that show:

Our support would be transformational to the project/program's success.

How you will leverage our grant (matching, supplemental grant from another donor)

The project is well thought out and the organization has the capacity to implement.

You have sought and secured financial support from other sources for sustainability.
DOWNLOAD APPLICATION
Requests of any amount are considered, but the average grant amount range is between $5,000 and $50,000. Submit your application to contact@hope-2-others.org along with the required supporting documents between April 1 and June 1 of each year. Organizations may submit one community grant application within a 12-month period.
REQUIRED SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

A typed listing in 12-pt. font of board members and officers including profession, ethnicity, and gender. Also list names and qualifications of key staff involved with the proposed project.

The organization's total operating budget.

A narrative to explain how you plan to leverage a grant from Hope-2-Others to secure additional funding and support for the project.

A project budget including all income and expenses.

A list of all entities asked to give financial support to the proposed project (include their responses to date and dollar amount requested or committed).

A description of the program data to be collected and how it will be used to improve the program.
